‘Breaking Bad’ Star Cranston Says ‘F*** You’ To Any Americans Who Want Trump To Fail

Award-winning actor Bryan Cranston of Breaking Bad and Malcolm in the Middle fame is a liberal and did not support Republican President Trump during the 2016. Given this, it comes as a pleasant surprise that he had some very harsh words recently for all the other liberals who are actively rooting against their own country and want our president to fail.

Cranston spoke with entertainment industry magazine the Hollywood Reporter about his new movie, and during the course of the interview he was asked his thoughts about Trump’s presidency. Thankfully, Cranston showed that he clearly puts America first above all else with his response.

Inquired the magazine’s interviewer, “You’ve previously been particularly vocal about your opposition to Trump. Has your opinion changed throughout his first year in office?” He answered, “President Trump is not the person who I wanted to be in that office, and I’ve been very open about that. That being said, he is the president. If he fails, the country is in jeopardy.”

Bryan went on, taking many liberals to task, “It would be egotistical for anyone to say, ‘I hope he fails.’ To that person I would say, fuck you. Why would you want that? So you can be right?” He added about Trump, “I don’t want him to fail. I want him to succeed. I do. I honestly do … And if you’ve got a good idea that helps the country, oh man, I’m gonna support you.”

Cranston went on to say that he puts the good of the country over party identification. He stated, “We’ve got to get away from this idea that our country is political football, and someone with a different opinion is the enemy. Assume they love this country as much as you do, and there’s always room for improvement. How can we make it better?” Are you glad open-minded Bryan Cranston came out and said this?
