Nascar Owners Threaten to Fire National Anthem Protesters

Following President Donald Trump’s harsh take on the NFL players which disrespected the American values and National Anthem by kneeling, a number of Nascar team owners threatened to heighten their punishments for players who would do the same thing and protest, threatening to fire them.

Details reveal that several NASCAR team owners this Sunday openly revealed that they would not condone any races which protest during the national anthem, in the midst of protests by football and baseball players.

While there were no reported protests during “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series which took place in New Hampshire, the warning was still made by the team owners in order to prevent bad media attention.

The warning was initially made by former NASCAR champion Richard Petty who went on to publicly reveal that any member of his team would be fired if they chose to protest the national anthem. As of currently, Petty owns Richard Petty Motorsports.

“Anybody that don’t stand up for the anthem oughta be out of the country. Period. What got ’em where they’re at? The United States,” Petty said.

Chances are the mainstream media wont report this in order to hide the fact that there are many who disapprove of the disrespect, meaning it is up to us to spread the word of this action so it could be taken as an example.
