Trump says Chicago must seek U.S. help if no progress cutting murders (Reuters)
President-elect Donald Trump remarked on Monday that 2016 was one of the most violent years in Chicago history, hinting that federal assistance may be necessary to help end the bloodshed in the city.
In case you were not aware, Chicago has suffered 762 murders and 4331 Shootings in 2016 alone. More than New York and Los Angeles combined.
Democrats may not see it as a problem, but Trump sure does. He took to Twitter to let Rahm Emanuel know EXACTLY what he plans to do if he cannot fix Chicago immediately.
Chicago murder rate is record setting – 4,331 shooting victims with 762 murders in 2016. If Mayor can't do it he must ask for Federal help!

Ok! If Rahm Emanuel isn’t able to fix Chicago by himself, Trump is going to have to step in and fix it for him.
Police and city officials have lamented the flood of illegal guns into the city, and the crime statistics appeared to support their claims: Police recovered 8,300 illegal guns in 2016, a 20 percent increase from the previous year, said CBSnews.
It seems a bit out of place for Chicago being Obama’s city and Obama not being even a bit concerned with their high murder rate. But if you ask us, Obama doesn’t care for himself anymore and let alone for his city.
